At Veronica Manzo Couture, every piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.

Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Items must be returned from the same country to which they were originally delivered.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number, the reason for the request, and—if requesting an exchange—the desired size or item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization along with further instructions.

Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable, and insured shipping method. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within 14–30 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Final Sale & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order, customized, or bespoke pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty.
